Meet My Supplier

Meet My Supplier

Jerry is my supplier. He slips me a small package, well wrapped in a discreet plastic baggie. The first time he gave me one of the small packages was under the cloak of darkness; I wasn’t sure what it was. I ran upstairs to my apartment and unwrapped the little treasure. I wasn’t sure it was my thing, but I tried it – and liked it. Since then I’ve become quite dependent upon Jerry’s little gifts. Thank goodness he’s regular with his deliveries.

Jerry & me & peanuts

Of course, I could walk to the little convenience store down The Gap and get my own locally-grown peanuts. But they’re better when they’ve been chosen and given to me by Jerry.

Jerry’s one of our two security guards at St. Lawrence Beach Condominiums where I live. He looks like a prime minister to me. He doesn’t take any shit, that’s for sure.

Take this incident the other night: The owner of the building lives in the penthouse on the top of the building. One night a friend of the owner’s stopped by. The friend parked his car, got out, and loudly began to curse others who happened to be in the car park.

The guy was inebriated, aggressive, and obnoxious. Jerry told him in no uncertain terms that he could not be coming around our place behaving like that.

The guy said that he has friends in high places and how dare he be spoken to like that. Jerry said he didn’t care who his friends were; his behavior had no place at St. Lawrence Beach Condos.

The guy hasn’t darkened our doorway since.

Barbados is a safe place. Undoubtedly made more so by Jerry and his counterpart Michael, who are on duty from 6pm to 6am seven nights a week.

Barbados: a good place. Good folks. Good peanuts.

Poor guys, don’t they get a day off?

  2. Greg says:

No, ’cause de Devil don’t take no days off, either!

  3. Greg says:

This is fabulous new look, Jane! Bravo!

  4. Yes, Stephen, they do get days off!

I returned home last night late from attending a concert at Holders to find a baggie of — yes, you guessed it! — peanuts hanging on my door. Courtesy my friend Jerry, of course. Made me feel so good!

Do you look more like your profie picture or this picture? Jane it is obvious you do take precautions when it comes to skin care.Which is a must the sun does cause premature aging besides a ton of unattractive unwanted wrinkles.
You can get Retin A here for as little as 35 Dollars…..Some doctors will give you a three month prescription at a time or even more.
This is the strongest prescription for retin A.
It would be interesting if a more mature woman was willing to get work done in Barbados and helping with the promotion of medical tourism to get others from Canada, the USA and or England to consider having work done here in Sunny Barbados vs elsewhere.Downtime here would be paradise.

  6. Interesting that you mention “medical tourism” (for plastic surgery) here in Barbados, Bajan4ever …. I would love to market such a practice (as long as the surgeons were absolutely first-rate). Giving women the opportunity to get away from it all, get work done, and return home doubly refreshed would be a true pleasure.

I’ll look into the Retin A. I haven’t used it and really should. I look like both pictures, I guess … the photo with Jerry is terribly unflattering but the only one I have with my peanut friend! I do take precautions with the sun but even with hat and sunscreen I get more than I want!
